• establish and maintain key relationships with relevant stakeholders across different functional groupsSet-up, schedule and facilitate kick-off meetings, on-going project status communications and scrum cadences Analyze project requirements, prepare budgets and schedules;

develop business case for project initiation Build and maintain project plan, budget, risk & issues log, document repository and project health and status reportsFacilitate project escalations and decisions with relevant stakeholders as needed Establish strong relationships with team, stakeholders and leadership manage individuals on project team to ensure timely completion of tasksAnticipate and help resolve problems, bottlenecks, and / or scheduling conflicts to ensure project deliverables remain on-time and on-budgetUnderstand relevant technologies and architectures to adequately support project goals and planning (Technical Project Manager roles only) Provide technology, functional and domain support to the project team as needed (Technical Project Manager roles only) What we’re looking for : 5+ years in project management, consulting and / or relevant industryBachelor's degree or equivalent experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Project Management tools including MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint and ExcelStrong analytical and communication skillsExperience with ServiceNow, JIRA, Smartsheets, Airtable or relevant Project Management toolsStrong understanding of Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies and their application in project deliveryWhat you’ll get : Fully remote, virtual and flexible schedule (client dependent)$2500 referral bonus (subject to 6-months of candidate employment) Opportunity to participate in projects with mission oriented and nonprofit institutions via SOL GoalsOpportunity to co-work with other SOL employees in global locations via SOL residency1 : 1 personal training and nutrition coaching via SOL Health
