Responsibilities
- Support the development of the tech Finance strategic plan, annual plan, monthly forecast and reporting actual results.
- Assist in the close of the monthly GAAP financials.
- Prepare andmunicate monthly tech financial results, headcount monitoring and forecasting trends with proper insights and transparency.
- Provide support to tech customers and Businessmunity.
- Create effective business partnerships, managepeting priorities, and providing guidance during unexpected events.
- Seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction through reporting enhancements and effective and timelymunication.
- Utilize financial knowledge and business acumen to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make rmendations that drive improvements and deliver results.
- Utilize active listening skills tomunicate data (both written and verbal) in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner, adjusting your style based on audience.
- Collecting and analyzing quantitative data in support of team initiatives.
- Assist with business cases and other financial modeling activities.
- The salary the salary grade and salary for this position will be flexible based on the candidate's experience.
Qualifications
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree of Arts / Science in Finance or Accounting or a similar fiel
- Minimum 1 to 5 years of financial close or FPA experience
Skills andpetencies :
- Excellent written, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Detail and results oriented.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a high performing environment.
- Proactive collaborator and possesses ability to be flexible and agile.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Intermediate to Advanced experience in Excel.
- Apptio and TM1 system experience a plus, but not necessary.
- Ability to operate in a matrixed environment.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and interact with all levels of leadership.
- Self-starter and ability to work independently.
