Dental Assistant (Oral Surgery)
Our client in the dental industry is seeking a Dental Assistant (Oral Surgery) to join their team. As a Dental Assistant (Oral Surgery), you will be part of the Oral Surgery Department supporting dental residents and students.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of four-handed chairside dental techniques and dental lab equipment, and 1-2 years of related experience including oral surgery experience with IV sedation / general anesthesia which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range : $27-32 / hr
What's the Job?
Provide oral surgical assistance to dental residents and students
Assist in the administration of IV sedation and patient monitoring during surgical procedures
Perform tests; assist with preparing dental castings, dispensing medications and instructions, and performing minor dental and surgical procedures;
ensure safe use, disposal, and storage of chemicals or hazardous materials
What's Needed?
2+ years of related experience
Graduate of a Dental Assistant Training Program
Knowledge of four-handed chairside dental techniques and dental lab equipment
1-2 years of related experience including oral surgery experience with IV sedation / general anesthesia
Excellent interpersonal skills
