Senior Manager Learning Partner

As a Senior Manager Learning Partner, you'll enable training for the strategies developed, focused on innovating learning environments across the organization.

In this role you will support learning partners in the prioritization and enablement of training for the business while working cross-functionally with each partner to enable the business strategy.

To accomplish this, you'll facilitate trainings as needed in business-focused learning environments across the company.

This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with other facilitation and learning partners on how to integrate learning methodology and sales into the strategy
• Meet with department leaders to identify vision and then work to translate it into an actionable plan for training
• Advise content creators on the learning solution and provide input on how to match the content to the strategic vision
• Oversee the learning solution through from vision to deliver to audience and measure the impact
• Provide summary of the measurable outcomes back to the appropriate business leader
• Support the efforts in building and expanding retail media and commerce partnerships
• Identify new opportunities by conducting industry and competitive analysis to understand the emerging trends

Basic qualifications

• 3 years of leading, mentoring, cross-functional team management, or influencing without authority
• 1 year of experience teaching or facilitating in front of an audience both virtually and in person

Preferred qualifications

• 3 years of people management experience
• 1 or more years of Brand advertising, Digital marketing, or digital media experience
• Able to use technology such as Teams and Adobe to enable a learning environment
• Ability to collaborate and form strong partnerships
• Deep knowledge of operational and sales strategies
• Advanced facilitation ability in front of large groups
• Ability to create vision and prioritization within projects
