Job Duties :

• Manage and respond to client emails promptly and professionally, ensuring all inquiries are addressed efficiently and thoroughly.
• Handle accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing, tracking payments, and resolving billing issues.
• Schedule and coordinate project timelines, keeping clients informed of progress and deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with the production and sales teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation, readily accessible for reference.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Bonus points if you :

• Have experience in the signs and graphics industry (not essential, but a plus!)
• Possessing some graphic design know-how is fantastic but also not required.
