Shift Hours : Full time Monday -Friday 9AM-5PM

Responsibilities :
Efficiently manage patient scheduling and delegate responsibilities to staff, ensuring optimal service delivery.
Supervise, train, and evaluate the rehabilitation team to uphold performance standards and deliver quality patient care.
Participate in the hiring process, maintaining a skilled and dedicated team.
Implement compliance and risk management policies; ensure point-of-service documentation and accurate billing.
Communicate departmental goals, achievements, and challenges effectively with administration.
Manage department finances, including budget adherence and revenue optimization.
Ensure accurate and timely MDS reporting, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
Uphold infection control standards and facility safety protocols.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
