We are in search of an experienced General Manager to join our expanding team.

Job Functions : To assist the Owner in the implementation and execution of the company's goals. This includes but is not limited to the following areas : supervision of the company's sales, service, installation, and administrative functions.
Pay Range : Top Pay for Top Talent + Bonus Opportunity + Benefits
Work Hours : 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, Monday through Friday, with some weeknights and weekends.
Requirements :
- 5+ years of documentable experience at a general manager level or higher
- Prior home services management experience is required
- Excellent talent development and motivational skills
- Ability to inspire and lead a team
- High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
