Description
- Review tax returns (partnerships, corporations, and individual tax returns) for accuracy, completeness, and conformance with the tax rules, laws, and regulations.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for all tax-related items.
- Handle special projects including tax audits, tax planning strategies, and additional CFO work.
- Facilitate advanced tax research, resolve complex tax issues.
- Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested.
- Communicate with clients and gather information about a project’s scope, budgets, and timelines.
- Collaborate with outside departments to gather information and improve processes when identified.
- Meet with other executives to discuss clients’ project goals, progress, and outcomes.
