We are looking for an office assistant in our private practice conveniently located off of I-40 / 64 & Long Rd. in the Chesterfield Valley.

Main responsibilities include :
- Troubleshooting software / technology issues and contacting support when needed
- Assist clinicians with treatment planning / coordination when needed
- Assist patients who struggle with technology when filling out intake forms
- Assist receptionists with a variety of tasks as needed
- Filling in for a receptionist when they are on vacation or sick
- Monitor and respond to online reviews
- Manage PTO requests and contact subs when needed
