Family Health Centers of San Diego is looking for a Project Manager will plan, direct and coordinate activities for the delivery of the assigned project utilizing project management best practices.

The Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the project development life cycle. The Project Manager is the client point of contact for third party vendors.

Responsibilities :

  • Assists in resource allocation to promote maximum productivity.
  • Conducts project meetings, tracks action items, risks, and issues and provides project status reports to management.
  • Creates process improvement metrics, reports and changes to existing process documentation.
  • Creates the strategy and long-term vision.
  • Defines project scope and objectives, identifies project milestones and deliverables.
  • Develops detailed work packages, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports to layout the progression and scope of the project.
  • Ensures adherence to quality standards and manages scope.
  • Manages priorities across multiple projects.
  • Manages the integration and deliverables of 3rd party vendor.
  • Monitors service delivery performance and ensures that client's SOW (Scope of Work) and other contractual agreements are met.
  • Promotes continuous improvement and helps teams to increase productivity.
  • Removes any obstacles blocking or slowing the team down.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma (or GED equivalent) required.
  • Bachelors or Master's Degree is preferred
  • Client management experience required.
  • 2 years in health care related field preferred.
  • 2 years of business experience in the delivery of complex health care operations including manage.
  • Intermediate user of MS Office.ment consulting and systems integrations.
  • Ability and means to travel as needed in a timely manner within San Diego County. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS : Requires an active Class C California driver's license, proof of liability insurance at $100,000, on vehicle used.

No more than 2 points in past 12 months; No suspensions in last 2 years for moving violations; No DUI, reckless or felony Driving within 5 years.

No license revocation in 7 years.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to community medicine and providing culturally competent care to the medically underserved.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base range for this position, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.

64,480.00 - 85,973.33

If you are hired at Family Health Centers of San Diego, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, jurisdictional requirements, skills, education, and / or experience.

In addition to these factors - we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer.

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.
