Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Manage and organize office documents and records
- Assist with accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial data entry and reconciliation
- Create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel
- Handle correspondence and communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
Requirements :
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in using computers and office software
- Experience with QuickBooks and Excel is a must
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong Phone and Customer Service skills
