Job Description
We are searching for an AP Analyst in Boca Raton, FL.
This position will be fully in-office at this time and report to the AP Manager. This is within a team oriented environment, where you will be a contributor to the overall success of the accounting department.

Responsibilities :
- Monitor and process all incoming invoices in SAP
- Check request and runs
- Vendor maintenance and payment processing
- Ad hoc support
- Process expense reporting
- Assist with month and year end closes
- Reconcile past due invoices - resolution analysis
Qualifications :
- Prior experience in SAP
- Associates Degree preferred. High School Diploma required
- Prior AP experience - full cycle
