Neck and lower back pain, Fibromyalgia, Neuropathic pain, Herniated and degenerative disc diseases, Headaches, Nervous system disorders, Vertebral body compression fracture, cancer related pain, myofascial pain).
- Full Time
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Comfortable with advanced pain management interventions and medication management
- Clinical support staff including NPs and PAs
- Mentorship available from experienced physicians
