The unit provides care for hospitalized patients needing specialized intensive physical rehabilitation following an injury, illness or surgery.
We have our own doctor and PA on site. Our own social worker, discharge planner, and therapists here within our unit (PT / OT / SLP).
We have our own gym for patients to perform therapy in daily. Additional : Will be asked to float as needed OR RN license required for starting;
Will request temp license if needed36-hours guaranteed. 48-hour guarantee can be requested; OT billed after 48 hours 12 hours non-billable orientation for first work weekGuaranteed hours will not apply during orientation24 hours non-billable customer call off per 13 weeks.
