The Animal Emergency & Referral Center of Minnesota (AERC-MN) is seeking a full-time Finance Coordinator to join our team.

Role Title : Finance Coordinator

Department : Finance

Shift : Day

Schedule : Nights, Weekends and Holidays are not required for this role.

Compensation : Hourly, dependent on skills, education, credentials, and other factors.

The primary function of the Finance Coordinator is to manage accounts payable, complete payments, and control

expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling various transactions and invoices. This position reports

directly to the Finance Director. This person will work out of the Finance office in Oakdale.

Qualifications for Success

Associates degree or the equivalent of education and experience that provides the required skills, ability and

knowledge to perform the position responsibilities

• 2 years of experience in accounting, payables or business administration
• MS Office, QuickBooks, strong data entry and 10 key skills

• This is a non animal handling role. Although you will not physically be handling patients often, you will work closely alongside them while focusing efforts to providing the best client care and support possible to both clients and the referring community.
