Key Responsibilities :
- Polymer Synthesis Experiments : Conduct and coordinate experiments aimed at developing new polymer products and improving current manufacturing processes.
- Scale-Up Efforts : Lead the initial scale-up of new polymer products or chemical processes, ensuring seamless transition from lab to production.
- Process Chemistry Research : Innovate and optimize manufacturing practices through rigorous process chemistry research.
- Plant Support & Stewardship : Provide technical support to manufacturing plants and ensure product stewardship by maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
- Data Analysis & Reporting : Utilize advanced analytical techniques and statistical tools to characterize polymers and present findings to the team.
Requirements
What You Bring :
- Educational Background : A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering with specialized experience in polymers.
- Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of reactor design, control software, and hands-on experience with mechanical equipment like mixers and reactors.
- Analytical Skills : Proficiency in conducting experiments, statistical data analysis, and utilizing polymer characterization techniques.
