Hiring in Vista, CA a Shipping and Receiving Associate!
Job Description
This position is primarily responsible for shipping and receiving, but may include pulling small parts, kit assemblies, and other materials per work sheets needed for various departments within the facility.
Candidates will utilize manual pallet jacks and walk throughout the facility to locate parts. They will also operate a forklift to move material and stage in designated areas.
Lastly, candidates will count parts and track inventory using basic computer tracking software.
Typical day will consist of the following :
- Cycle counts
- Pulling parts for production
- Restocking shelves
- Putting away parts on shelves
- Picking / packing labels for shipping
- Handling shipping needs and logistics
