- Utilize the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act, AORN, and Hospital policy and procedures.
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment. - Anticipate and plan for the safe delivery of care. - Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.
- Delegate patient care priorities based on the education and experience of the available staff. - Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care.
- Availability for weekday and weekend calls as needed. - Required to have OK fingerprints.
