As a Telemarketing Associate with the Macon agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the continued growth of a growing insurance agency.
Your people, marketing and telephone skills along with a desire to help customers make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your future career status by making new alliances in our community.

Immediate growth opportunities for social media and sales-minded candidates. Part time position will lead to full time for the candidate interested in an insurance career and licensing.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Establish customer relationships with the small business and apartment leasing manager community.
- Handle administrative duties and set appointments for licensed team members.
- Handle agency social media in a creative manner.
- Provide your personal input to complete your job description.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Dedicated to customer service
- Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
- Excellent computer skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members.
- Proactive in problem-solving
