all other required certifications must be obtained within 6 months of hire date Must-Have : - Current knowledge and skills appropriate to the age / type of patient population served- Knowledgeable and sensitive to patients' rights in the delivery of care- Effective communication that is clear and concise and appropriate for the developmental age of the patient Job Description : Coordinate and implement patient care specific to the needs of the patient population served- Ensure quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with unit standards of care- Demonstrate performance aligned with the mission, philosophy, and goals of the unit and organization- Maintain professional relationships and work ethic in a dynamic and sometimes stressful environment- Handle emergency situations, and execute tasks requiring prolonged standing and walking- Perform physical tasks such as positioning, pushing, and transferring patients or equipment- Exhibit manual dexterity, fine motor skills, and the ability to judge distance and space relationshipsThis position requires working in a clean, well-lit, and ventilated smoke-free environment with exposure to infectious diseases and x-rays.
