A company is looking for a Program Manager III (CAHPS, HOS) to enhance program efficiency and member experience through regulatory survey management.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end processes for regulatory surveys (CAHPS, HOS) to improve member experienceDevelop and implement strategies for improvement, ensuring resource alignment and organizational prioritizationLead cross-functional projects, maintaining detailed documentation and communicating status to stakeholdersRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field;
Master's degree preferred5+ years of project implementation, product, or program management experienceExperience in managed care or prescription benefit management preferredKnowledge of Regulatory Surveys (i.e., CAHPS, HOS) preferred
