The Role : We are seeking a Key Account Manager to oversee and nurture ourcrucial Ford account. In this role you will be the primary point ofcontact ensuring client satisfaction driving growth and identifyingnew business opportunities.

You will work closely withcrossfunctional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet andexceed client expectations.

KeyResponsibilities :

  • Manage and develop the relationship with ourFord account ensuring high levels of clientsatisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue opportunitiesfor account growth and newbusiness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams todeliver innovative solutions tailored to clientneeds.
  • Monitor market trends and competitoractivities to proactively address clientchallenges.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reportson account status performance metrics and strategicinitiatives.

ExperienceRequired :

  • Provenexperience managing the Ford account within the automotiveindustry.
  • Strong background in automationsolutions.
  • Demonstrated success in building andmaintaining client relationships.
  • Ability tounderstand and address client needs with tailoredsolutions.
  • Bachelors degree in BusinessMarketing or a related field.

Qualifications :

  • Excellent communication negotiation andpresentation skills.
  • Ability to workeffectively in a hybrid workenvironment.
  • Strong understanding of theautomotive supply chain and relatedsolutions.
