• Managing financial transactions : Recording daily financial activities such as sales, purchases, receipts, and payments accurately in QuickBooks Pro.
• Reconciling accounts : Ensuring that bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records are reconciled with the books to maintain accuracy.
• Generating financial reports : Creating and analyzing financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to provide insights into the company's financial health.
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable : Tracking and managing invoices, payments, and collections to ensure timely payments and cash flow management.
• Payroll processing : Handling payroll tasks, including calculating wages, processing payroll taxes, and preparing payroll reports.
• Budgeting and forecasting : Assisting in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to support decision-making.
• Compliance and regulatory requirements : Ensuring compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Providing financial analysis : Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and areas for improvement.
• Supporting audits : Assisting with internal and external audits by providing accurate financial records and documentation.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Experience with QuickBooks Pro or similar accounting software
• Experience with P&L statements, reconciliation, and balance sheets required
• Attention to detail
