What You’ll Do :

• Develop and execute content across multiple platforms to engage and grow our audience.
• Manage and optimize social media strategies to build brand awareness and drive engagement.
• Collaborate with vendors to create compelling campaigns and promotional materials.
• Utilize marketing automation tools (such as Pardot, Mailchimp, Salesforce, or Constant Contact) to track and enhance campaign performance.
• Analyze data to generate insights and provide recommendations for improving marketing efforts.

What You Bring to the Table :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional marketing experience with proven success in content creation, social media management, and vendor collaboration.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities to solve challenges and seize opportunities.
• Expertise in social media marketing (SMM) and audience engagement strategies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Self-motivation and excellent time management skills able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable with prolonged periods of desk and computer work.

This position is REMOTE , but must be located in one of our current markets (California, Colorado, or New England)
