Recruiter- Entry Level at Manpower Group in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Our client, a global leader in memory storage solutions, is seeking a dynamic contract Recruiter 1 to join their team.
As a Recruiter 1, you will be part of the internal recruiting team supporting Talent Acquisition activities. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have effective communication and interpersonal skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title : Recruiter 1- Contract Location : Boise Idaho (On-site) Pay Range : $29.87 / hou What's the Job? + Ensure candidate onboarding tasks are completed and detailed accurately.
Schedule high level interviews for positions that require extra support and care. + Assist with candidate travel including preparation and hosting of onsite interviews as needed + Maintain compliance with company policy + Assist in the visualization of PowerPoint content and integrating it into SharePoint.
What's Needed? + B.S / B.A. in Human Resources. Business Admin or related field + 5+ years in project management role within Talent Acquisition or HR + Experience with ATS (Workday preferred) MS Office and Sharepoint + Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with leadership and business teams + Ability to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview cycle.
