Role Overview :
As a Sales Coordinator at Best Roofing, your role is crucial in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities.
Our Sales Coordinator works with the Service Sales Account Manager to schedule all appointments, follow up with clients (as directed), and ensure that they achieve their sales objectives.
Core Focus :
- Type up proposals after receiving the documents from our Project Estimators to send over to clients.
- Communicate job expectations and project details to clients via email.
- Responding to incoming calls from new leads and emergencies and directing them to the appropriate recipient.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare proposals using documents received from EDGE estimators for client submission.
- Draft emails to clients detailing project expectations including warranties, roofing materials, etc.
- Handle incoming calls for new leads, emergencies, and call transfers.
- Input project data for new leads accurately.
- Maintain client relationships through consistent follow-ups.
- Schedule meetings, roof audits and follow-ups.
- Develop client presentations using PowerPoint.
- Other duties as assigned

- Accurate preparation of proposal & contract documents.
- Achievement of Service Department Sales / Operations objectives.
Skills and Experience :
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent customer service, professional, oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to function in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Creative thinking, analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Computer literate - must be able to demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual, English / Spanish preferred; ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
- Executive / Administrative assistance experience preferred.
- Estimating and / or Project Management of roofing projects preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant advanced degree / certification preferred.
- At least 2 years of basic roofing knowledge and / or construction background is preferred.
