Summary :
Frontdoor is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for growing FTDR’s sales, developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, and connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
You will identify, analyze and help the team grow in your location.
Responsibilities :
Source new sales opportunities working with new and existing accounts within a region, through outbound phone calls, video messaging, text, CRMs and email communications.
Partner with Market Managers to ensure adherence to agreements with external partners, including reporting and communications.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, leads per week and other sales KPIs identified.
Leverages and analyzes data to gain deep understanding of local market, identify opportunities and continually develop and implement strategies / tactics to grow existing business.
Works with Regional / Divisional teams to highlight specific geographic opportunities and makes recommendations for resolutions.
May assume other duties as applied.
Qualifications
Minimum Education, Licensure and Professional Certification requirements : High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate degree in business preferred
Minimum Experience required : 1+ years sales or related work experience preferred

This role pays between $20.68 to $30.97, and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location.
