We are looking for post doctorate fellow who is interested in 1-2 years research experience in the Genitourinary Radiation Oncology Department at M.
D. Anderson Cancer Center. This opportunity is suited for candidates interested in building their research portfolio as they transition into a career in Radiation Oncology.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
The expected tasks include but not limited to :
- Clinical research in oncology, specifically prostate cancer
- Clinical database building and management
- Support for clinical trial protocols
- Time commitment : 1 year but possible extension for an additional year based on performance and funding.
- Strong work ethic is a must.
- Prior research experience is preferred but not required.
- Statistical skills with familiarity with IPSS, SAS, or R are preferred but not required.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Education Required : Ph.D. or equivalent doctorate
Experience Required : Five years of experience in scientific or experimental research work
Preferred : With preferred degree, four years of required experience
