The Partner Engagement Specialist works on a team of highly skilled professional development specialists as the pedagogical expert, developing and organizing professional development for prospective and current clients.

They provide account support, leading the pilot process, and maintaining customer feedback loop to the organization.

  • Position Type : This is a regular, full-time position.
  • Compensation : Base pay is anticipated to be between $63,410and $75,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive / commission / annual bonus pay based on individual and / or company performance.

Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education / certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.

  • Location : In this US-based position your location will be remote from your home office in the northwest region of the US (WA, OR, ID, or WY).
  • Travel : You can also expect up to 50% travel, so be sure you have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.

Envision Your Experience.

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to :

  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise in learning, presenting, and providing in-person and virtual trainings for pre-kindergarten through 12th grade Math, Science, ELA, and Social Studies.
  • Provides a baseline of customer service and account management for current clients, building trust and credibility with teachers, staff, and district leaders.
  • Deliver professional development trainings, and continually track renewals across product lines.
  • Develop and execute sales support strategies from interest to renewal.
  • Manage successful district Pilots, keeping an eye on maximizing Pilot to Adoption conversion.
  • Define customer segmentation, strategies and support models and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support a culture centered on partner engagement and act as voice of customer to sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Work collaboratively alongside other internal teams including Customer Service, Account Executives, and other Professional Development teams.
  • Travel to deliver high quality professional development sessions to schools and districts : 30-50% possible travel.
  • Other duties as required.

Share Your Expertise.

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include :

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Sales, Marketing, Account Management or relevant field, and a minimum of 5+ years of sales or account management experience;

or an acceptable combination of education and experience.

  • A Master’s Degree in Education, Educational Technology or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications required; experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Must have experience and subject matter expertise in one or more Core subject / content areas.
  • Ability to understand on-going market trends and align campaigns to relevant projects and programs.
  • Knowledge of industry accepted best practices and tools.
  • Strong multi-tasking, project management, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills with strong verbal, written, and presentation proficiency.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
