Clearance Required- Active TS / SCI with CI Polygraph (In Scope - 5yr Update)
NOTE : Candidates without Full Scope Polygraph will be submitted for Conditional Clearance Access (CCA) and required to obtain Full Scope Access post hire.
Who we’re looking for :
This is a junior level position requiring two (2) years of expertise in SIGINT gained through operational experience in one or more SIGINT disciplines COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA.
The ideal candidate will have Collection Management experience acquired at one of the SIGINT customer agencies and will be familiar with Information Needs (IN) requirements.

Typical Day :
- Support the National SIGINT Committee (SIGCOM) through daily collaboration with SIGINT customers and collection managers to facilitate entry of Information Needs (INs) into the National SIGINT Requirements Process (NSRP)
- Properly route INs using the NSRP process through validation and tasking onto the US SIGINT System
- Assist in development of and training for NSRP users who request it from SIGCOM
- Review and process SIGINT INs
- Provide IN expertise to SIGCOM evaluations and studies
- Provide IN and NSRP expertise to the Intelligence Community (IC) agencies and NSRP users
- Provide administrative support to SIGCOM-approved councils or other groups
- Attend and support SIGCOM and Council activities to maintain cognizance of IN policies in order to facilitate the validation of INs across the Subcommittee
- Perform customer outreach at plenary and working groups sessions, assisting with IC-level engagements, developing briefings, and facilitating agendas
Qualifications :
- Two (2) years of operational expertise in SIGINT within the global SIGINT enterprise working in one or more SIGINT disciplines COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA (can be cumulative between disciplines)
- Within the past 5 years worked within the global SIGINT enterprise or at one or more SIGINT customer agencies performing at least one of the following :
- Developing and managing SIGINT INs / intelligence needs requirements as a SIGINT collection manager in support of national military and / or law enforcement customers
- Creating collection strategies, identifying intelligence gaps, drafting and submitting collection requirements to fill gaps, and maintaining currency of all requirements over
- Familiarity with the National Intelligence Priorities Framework (NIPF)
- Familiarity with the structure of SIGINT Information Needs
- A high level of customer service communication skills to enable collaboration, information sharing, and consensus building
