We pride ourselves on offering dedicated and compassionate therapy services to the Latino population and families across Oklahoma.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who works well as a team in collaboration to provide the best pediatric therapy experience for our patients and their families.
Position could be for evaluations only, one day a week and there is the option to say with Therapitas part or full time after initial coverage.
Required Qualifications : Masters level or higher degree in Occupational TherapyOklahoma State License : OTR / LExcellent work ethic and dedication to patient successExperience with and / or knowledge of the pediatric populationTHE ABILITY TO SPEAK SPANISH IS NOT REQUIREDOccupational Therapist Responsibilities : Perform evaluations, create and follow plan of care for patientsPerform documentation of services, meeting clinical expectations and payer regulationsSupervise occupational therapy assistantsMentorship Program : Mentorship from Director of Occupational Therapy with 18+ years of experienceOn-site mentorship by therapists with 5+ years of experienceCollaboration with 3 clinics of OT professionalsIn-session assistance and guidanceCase reviews with OT teamCase reviews with MentorGuidance and assistance with documentationAssistance with finding CEU to grow your knowledgeTo learn more about Therapitas please watch our informational video () , as well as visit our website at : www.
