Remote Travel Coordinator - Part-time

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Travel Coordinator to assist with travel arrangements for clients. This part-time opportunity allows for flexible working hours while providing essential support to clients to ensure smooth travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities : Travel Arrangements : Plan and book travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, according to clients’ preferences and budgets.

Vendor Liaison : Communicate with airlines, hotels, and travel service providers to secure reservations and address any issues or changes.

Itinerary Management : Create detailed travel itineraries and provide necessary documentation to travelers. Budget Management : Monitor travel expenses and ensure adherence to budget guidelines, providing cost-effective solutions.

Travel Research : Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and best practices to offer informed recommendations to clients.

Customer Service : Respond to travel inquiries and provide exceptional support before, during, and after travel. Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of travel bookings and correspondence.

Qualifications : Proven experience in travel coordination or a similar role. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using travel booking software and tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
