The Opportunity
The Customer Service Representative serves a critical function on our team making sure that our customers receive top-notch service.
This role is responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, assessing their needs, and scheduling jobs for our customers.

Compensation & Benefits
- $18 / hour + Performance Bonus and Incentives. Our CSRs averaged over $28 / hour in 2023!

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from prospective and current customers
- Schedule appointments
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to schedule jobs
- Dispatch on-call technicians to urgent customer needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Requirements
- Willing to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law
- High school diploma or equivalent
