As a Quality Compliance Engineer / Specialist, you will have varied responsibilities relating to the maintenance of our Quality Management System (QMS), Multisite Certification Program, conducting of ISO and / or API audits, and ensuring regulatory or industry standards are embedded into our quality systems and processes.
As a Quality Compliance Engineer / Specialist, you will :
- Be a member of the Internal Audit and Compliance Team in performing evaluation for compliance with regulatory, statutory or industry standards requirements.
- Assess compliance of systems, processes, and procedures through internal audits
- Provide feedback in the form of audit findings and observation and review corrective actions
- Provide regional support on regulatory and industry standards expertise
- Raise corrective action requests for any nonconformities identified, follow up and review effectiveness until proper closure
- Serves as a subject matter expert for industry standards, regulatory and stator requirements
- Identify and / or implement regulatory compliance initiatives based on current and forthcoming regulatory requirements
- Actively participate in HSE programs as assigned
- Keep work areas of the facility in a safe, clean and organized manner at all times in accordance to with 6S Checklist.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will :
- Have a Bachelor's degree (or Global degree equivalent)
- Demonstrate at least 5 years of functional quality experience
- Have Certified Auditor status ISO 9001 : 2015 and / or API Q1 / API Q2 or deemed subject matter expert for Oil & Gas industry quality standards
- Demonstrate problem solving skills
- Be able to speak and write English fluently
