Senior Solutions Engineer, Business Technology (HYBRID) - Hybrid

HYBRID ROLE can sit in Austin, Texas or West Hollywood, CA*Description : *As a Sr. Solutions Engineer for our client, you will work closely with core departments, executives, and teams across multiple sites.

This person will exemplify strong troubleshooting and communication skills. The ideal candidate is as comfortable in the trenches resolving complex end-user issues as they are with leading projects and implementing complex solutions that impact the entire organization.

You will need to be intimately familiar with the various SAAS apps owned by our team, such as Jira, Jamf, Okta, and Google Workspace, with an emphasis on Atlassian Jira Service Management administration (Configuration, Automations, Workflows, etc.

and scripting. Because this position will be a combination of *support / administrative* and project-related work, the ability to work independently and prioritize work and time appropriately will be crucial to the role.

What you'll do : * Own key portions of our Atlassian cloud environment, including setup and management of workflows, automations, sites, projects, etc.
