Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Plansand coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage andvarious other nursinginterventions
• Collaborates with colleagues,including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluatecare
• Empathetically cares for patients duringall stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis,treatment and follow-up along the continuum ofcare
• Demonstrates competency and usescomprehensive nursingexpertise

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing program required,including, but not limited to, American Association of Colleges ofNursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing(ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for NursingEducation Accreditation (NLN CNEA).

Bachelor s Degree in nursingpreferred.

Currently holds an unencumbered RNlicense with the State Board of Nursing where the practice ofnursing is occurring and / or possess multistate licensure if in aNurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.

Obtains and subsequentlymaintains required department specific competencies andcertifications.
