Our company is getting ready for major growth and is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable corporate attorney to provide general legal advice and ensure regulatory compliance.
In this role, you will oversee risk mitigation, litigation, and the drafting of policies, procedures, and legal documents.
You should be a member in good standing with the state bar association, have a current license to practice law, and possess excellent negotiation, and communication skills.

$150,000 potential
Responsibilities :
- Represent clients as legal counsel during administrative board reviews, legal proceedings, and litigations when necessary
- Execute, negotiate, create, and modify deals on the clients’ behalf
- Develop strategies for risk-mitigation and shield clients from legal risks and regulatory violations in all business transactions
- Perform complex legal research and extensive due diligence
- Examine existing and prospective projects, mergers, partnerships, divestitures, and acquisitions for any potential legal issues
Qualifications :
- Licensed to practice law and member in good standing of the state bar association
- Bachelor’s degree and a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- In-depth transactional knowledge and understanding of corporate law, tax law, and securities law is necessary
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills are vital
- Able to use MS Office and Google Suite - computer proficient
