Job Description :
- Ensure and maintain a high level of sanitation, food safety, and safe working environment.
- Operation, inspection, setup, adjustment, and basic maintenance of fluming equipment, forklifts, hoppers, blanchers and desalt tanks.
- Verify that the correct produce is being used for each area of work, including produce rotation.
- Keeps inventory, loading areas and machinery clean.
- Collaborate with and communicate with colleagues over the radio.
- Occasionally lift items up to 50lbs.
- May drive occasionally outside in weather conditions.
