As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.

You will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities :

  • Manages job sheets and work progress.
  • Accurate Site Measurements for jobs.
  • Ordering door fronts, boxes, rails, hinges, plywood, trim, etc.
  • Preview jobs prior to starting and go over all items with customers to inform them of our processes prior to starting.
  • Responsible for loss prevention by verifying that all materials used on the project are accurate and match the job sheet materials list.
  • Setting project timelines and ensuring the organization of all contractors necessary to complete the job
  • Ensures that all the projects stay on schedule, progress in a timely, cost-effective manner, making changes and adjustments as necessary.
  • Maintains constant knowledge of project dates, times, and schedules and notifies all necessary parties daily.
  • Communicate with all clients via JobTread regarding the project start date and provide instructions on how to prepare for our arrival.
  • Communicate with all clients on a daily basis via JobTread regarding project updates and the time of contractor arrival.
  • Communicate with all clients via JobTread when the project installation is to be completed.
  • Enters daily logs in JobTread for all projects
  • Notifies accounting via JobTread on project milestones for invoicing purposes
  • Request sign-offs for clients during the different phases of the project.
  • Resolves client and / or contractor grievances if needed.
  • Motivates and monitors the progress of work being performed on the project by employees and contractors.
  • Serves as a key resource for project information and resolves problems or questions.
  • Respond to all customer inquiries within a 12-hour timeframe.
  • Ensure the warehouse is kept clean and organized.
  • Report any order discrepancies for projects or issues to the proper co-workers.
  • Drive company transport vehicles when necessary to move stock and / or delivery materials to a job site.
  • Demonstrate commitment to all safety standards always.
  • Oversee product installation at all job sites.
  • Provide project updates on a daily basis.
  • Works on special projects as requested.

Compensation : Dependent on experience. ($60,000 - $70,000)

Job Qualifications :

  • 3-5 years experience in Cabinetry and Kitchen, Laundry & Bathroom Remodeling.
  • 3-5 years of experience accurately measuring for linear feet, refacing, and square footage for tile and countertops.
  • Experience using JobTread (or a similar Project Management Software)

Physical Demands :

  • Able to stand on a ladder.
  • Able to perform repetitive bending, standing, and walking for long periods and / or up to 8 hours during a working shift.
  • Able to lift 10+ pounds on a regular basis.
  • Able to lift 25 to 100 pounds on a limited basis.
