EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATOR

A client of Insight Global is looking for an Early Childhood Educator. In this position you will facilitate learning experiences and teach the district-approved curriculum using innovative and differentiated strategies.

Utilize a Data Driven Instruction and Inquiry (DDI) model to assess and improve student learning, providing timely feedback and targeted interventions.

Create a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment, implementing procedures that maximize student learning and using restorative practices for misconduct.

Foster a culture of equity and inclusion, addressing barriers that affect underrepresented groups. Develop positive relationships with parents, encouraging involvement and ensuring effective communication about student progress.

Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development to enhance student learning and personal growth.

The hourly range for this position is $25-$40. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Experience within Special Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in education or any other related field

• Active teaching license from the Colorado Department of Education and applicable endorsements
