We are seeking Licensed Massage Therapists with interest in finding a long term career with competitive pay, educational opportunities, and the chance to be part of a supportive and inclusive work culture.
LMT Responsibilities (include but not limited to) :
- Perform a wide range of massage and body therapies following milk + honey protocols.
- Deliver exceptional, high-end customer service to ensure a memorable experience for every guest.
- Personify milk + honey’s Core Values in every interaction with guests and coworkers.
Hours and Compensation :
- Massage Therapists work a mixture of AM and PM shifts, including weekends and some holidays.
- 10% commission on sold retail products.
- Keep 100% of guest gratuity.
- An average hourly rate ranges between $46-$50 an hour.

Requirements :
- Original State Massage Therapy License / Certification with photo on location.
- Must have schedule availability to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Natural ability to sell and educate clients on products and treatments.
