Our client, a leading mid-sized law firm centrally located on Long Island is seeking a Word Processing Specialist with heavy litigation experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Responsibilities include :
- Straight Type and Edits
- Use of Firm Macros
- Experience with NetDocs a MUST
- Experience with Kofax PDF Functions
- Pleading Preparation
- Conversion of Documents from PDF to Word
- Extensive Formatting using Heading Styles
- Inserting TOC and TOA (Litera-Best Authority)
- Winscribe Transcription
- Create and Edit Spreadsheets
- Create and Edit PowerPoint Presentations
Hybrid Hours
Monday-Friday, 10 : 00am 6 : 00pm
Minimum 3 days a week in office
2 days a week remotely
