Responsibilities of the Verizon Customer Service Representative :
- Achieve sales and customer acquisition goals established by Senior Management and Verizon
- Greet customers and approach everyone with an empathetic and friendly attitude
- Educate potential customers of Verizon’s telecommunications service and the benefits of 5G technology
- Attend meetings and webinars to stay on top of new products, services, or sales promotions
- Work collaboratively to enhance the customer experience and improve sales margins
- Upsell and promote products directly to consumers
