Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is currently searching for a remarkable HR Generalist for the Tulsa Club Hotel, Tulsa, OK.
Job Purpose :
To assist in the overall operation of the Human Resources function by maintaining accurate ambassador records. To provide support in the areas of employment, benefit administration, ambassador relations and training.

- Screen all applicants and determine eligibility for employment. Refer to department manager when appropriate. Conduct all reference checks and execute the employment process.
- Prepare correspondence and memos as needed.
- Maintain all logs (new hire, termination, transfers, department meetings, turnover reports) daily by period and prepare reports in a timely, accurate manner.
- Assist with all benefit enrollment and administration including group health insurance, 401K, vacation, sick, leave of absence and jury duty pay.
Ensure all policies and procedures are followed, forms are accurate and administered in a timely manner.
- Process payroll and any necessary garnishments on a bi-weekly basis.
- Assist with orientation; overview of benefits to new ambassadors, instruct on completion of enrollment forms and audit for accuracy, provide overview of company handbook.
- Notify managers of monthly reviews, prepare payroll action forms and track all completed reviews to ensure reviews are given in a timely manner.
- Administer OSHA, Workers Compensation and Unemployment Claims responsibilities for hotel. Keep DHR abreast of claims requiring management attention and assist in the communication with insurance company and medical care provider.
- Assist with reception duties : greeting concerned ambassadors and directing to appropriate manager if necessary.
- Assist in the production of ambassador newsletter.
- Maintain ambassador files and ensure that filing is done at the end of each week.
- Ensure complete compliance Immigration laws for all ambassadors.
- Conduct exit interviews and track trends.
- Keep ambassador bulletin boards current, post memos, pictures of ambassador events, loss prevention materials.
- Inventory office and benefit supplies on a regular basis, complete purchase orders needed to purchase supplies and maintain needed inventory.
Qualifications and Requirements :
High School diploma / Secondary qualification or equivalent.
Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
