We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Business Development Manager to expand our kosher foodservice footprint in Florida.

This role focuses on driving sales to kosher restaurants, schools, and bakeries by establishing strong local presence and relationships.

The ideal candidate will be based in Florida and act as our "troops on the ground" to significantly increase our market share in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the kosher foodservice market in Florida.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, including kosher restaurants, schools, and bakeries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the foodservice industry.
  • Conduct market research to understand local needs and preferences, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at local events, trade shows, and industry gatherings to promote our products.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Proven experience in foodservice sales, particularly within the kosher market.
  • Strong understanding of the kosher food industry and its requirements.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive sales growth.
  • Based in Florida with the ability to travel as needed within the territory.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Salary / Compensation

  • Competitive draw against commissions starting at $100K+.
  • Potential for significant earnings based on performance.
