Preventive Maintenance : Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery.
Calibration : Ensuring that machines are calibrated correctly to maintain product quality and adherence to specifications.
Repair Work : Performing repairs and replacements of components such as molds, heaters, sensors, and hydraulic cylinders.
Safety Compliance : Adhering to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for themselves and others.
Documentation : Keeping detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
Training and Support : Providing training and technical support to operators and other personnel to ensure proper operation and maintenance practices.
Continuous Improvement : Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in machine operation and maintenance practices.
Emergency Response : Being prepared to respond promptly to equipment breakdowns or failures to minimize production downtime.
