JOB REQUIREMENTS : Pricing Quote Analyst - R5968 DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Reviews project specifications and customer requirements to develop a comprehensive understanding of requirements to meet expectations and accuracy.
- Maximizes our national footprint in alignment with our pricing strategy and capabilities.
- Collaborates cross-functionally to gather necessary information and ensure pricing quotes align with client expectations, internal capabilities, and drive accurate estimated costs for operational performance evaluation.
- Utilizes estimating software, spreadsheets, and other tools to calculate costs, analyze data, and generate accurate and timely pricing quotes and estimated operational layouts.
- Assures compliance to company pricing policies and practices.
- Sets performance goals, conducts performance evaluations, and takes action to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of pricing quotes.
- Provide ongoing project status updates to internal stakeholders, including project timelines, costs, and potential risks.
- Actively fosters a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to cost estimating and share knowledge with the team.

- Pricing Quote Analyst considered a role model in competency and ability to train the trainer.
- Bachelor 's Degree preferred and minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required.
- Knowledge of the packaging industry, display materials, pricing practices, structural design and production processes is a plus.
