Job Summary :
This role will serve as the primary point of contact for all HR management with focus on recruiting for internal positions, particularly business development managers and client relationship managers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the staffing industry and be capable of managing a team of HR professionals (currently ), including those based in our offshore office.
Key Responsibilities :
HR Management :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related matters.
- Oversee and manage a team of HR professionals based in our offshore office.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Support the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives, including training and development programs.
Talent Acquisition :
- Source and identify candidates for internal roles using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and extending offers.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and meet their hiring requirements.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- years of experience in recruiting and HR management, preferably within the staffing industry
- Familiarity with contingent staffing processes and practices.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
