Overview :

The End User Hardware Engineer provides technical expertisespecific to hardware to strengthen the reliability efficiency andperformance of the enterprise.

It is critical that this role be atechnical partner to implement established standards and procedureswhich support the enterprises managed infrastructure along withensuring operational stability.

This role is responsible forimplementing reliable Hardware solutions that maintain theintegrity of the existing infrastructure as well as meet thecustomer objectives.

Works effectively in a team to establishcommonalities with IT peers across theenterprise.

CoreResponsibilities

Capturing business and technical requirements for hardwaresolutions when engaged to support specific projects or newadoptions.

Laptops / Desktops / Displays / Mobile Devices / Printers / Scanners / Payment Devices / MTR Kits / Conference RoomCamera / Audio Equipment / Misc. Peripheralsetc.).

Makedecisions around hardware configurations and systemsspecifications.

Coordinating and leading in the design testing evaluationimplementation and support of solutions on an enterprisewide scale(hardware software systems tools and ITprocesses).

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware deployments(Bios / firmware / drivers).

Design and document enterprise standards andprocedures.

Ensureproposed solutions and platforms / systems conform to establishedenterprise / industry standards (systems management securityoperating systemsetc.).

Maintainlifecycle of hardware across the enterprise with over 100kdevices.

Qualifications :

MinimumRequirements :

2years of dynamically responsible work experience in EndpointEngineering.

Mustbe legally authorized to work in the United States for any employerwithout sponsorship

Reliable punctual attendance is a crucial function of theposition
