com. As we continue to push the boundaries of ecommerce, we are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst with experience in ecommerce to join our team.

In this hybrid role based in Seattle, you will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, generating insights, and providing recommendations to define and enhance our ecommerce strategy.

You will also collaborate with various stakeholders, such as marketing, engineering, product, IT, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of our ecommerce initiatives, while also leading by example through insightful data analysis.

Effective communication and collaboration with key stakeholders, including the executive team, are crucial.If you are passionate about ecommerce, data-driven, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities

Analyze ecommerce data from various sources, such as web analytics, customer feedback, sales reports, and market research.

Identify key performance indicators, metrics, and benchmarks for measuring and evaluating our ecommerce performance.Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.

Provide actionable insights and suggestions to optimize our ecommerce strategy, such as improving website design, user experience, conversion rates, customer acquisition and retention, and cross-selling opportunities.

Work closely with marketing, product, engineering, and customer service teams to implement and monitor ecommerce projects and initiatives.

Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify best practices, trends, and opportunities for growth and innovation in the ecommerce space.

Stay updated on the latest ecommerce technologies, tools, and platforms, and evaluate their suitability and feasibility for our business needs.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field.At least 5 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, preferably in the ecommerce industry.

Proficient in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and similar.Strong knowledge of querying and scripting languages (e.

g., SQL, R, Python) and data science techniques, such as regression, classification, clustering, or similar.Experience in customer segmentation and persona development, using tools such as RFM, K-means, or similar.

Excellent data analysis, visualization, and reporting skills, using tools such as Excel, Power BI, DAX, Tableau, or similar.

Ability to translate complex data into clear and concise insights and recommendations.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues and challenges.

Passion for ecommerce and customer satisfaction, with a keen interest in emerging trends and innovations in the ecommerce space.
